Who we are
INGDirect Solutions is a small team of network engineers and technical writers based in Australia. We focus on gateway configuration, routing optimisation, network traffic audit and remote administration for mid-size corporate environments.
Our goal is to make complex gateway topics understandable. We publish guides, comparison tables and case-study-style scenarios so IT teams can ask better questions of their vendors and internal stakeholders.
What we do

Our approach
We believe network improvements should be measurable. Every recommendation references baseline metrics such as ping, jitter, packet loss or throughput. We do not promise specific outcomes because every environment is different, but we do promise transparent reporting and documented reasoning.
No official affiliation
The name "INGDirect" in our branding refers to "Integrated Network Gateway Direct," describing our focus on direct, gateway-centric network services. We have no commercial relationship with ING Bank or any other organisation that may use similar naming.
