A paid diagnostic includes configuration review, ping and jitter baselines, packet loss analysis, routing table inspection and a security posture summary. You receive a written report with prioritised recommendations.

Remote administration is delivered over encrypted sessions using your organisation's approved access controls. We never request credentials that bypass your identity policies.

If a scheduled diagnostic has not started, you may cancel for a return of fees. Partial work is billed pro-rata. Ongoing plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Reports are delivered as PDF documents and, on request, as structured spreadsheets. Each report includes an executive summary, technical findings, risk ratings and recommended actions.

We work alongside your existing IT team. Our role is to provide specialist gateway expertise, documentation and recommendations your team can implement directly or hand off for ongoing support.

We are vendor neutral and support a wide range of firewall, router and gateway platforms including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, MikroTik, pfSense, OPNsense and major cloud-native gateways.

A standard one-time audit is typically completed within 5 to 10 business days after access and scoping are confirmed. Larger or multi-site environments may take longer.

Yes. We treat all configuration and traffic data as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties and we anonymise data used in published case studies.

We can align gateway security settings with common frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight and ISO 27001 controls. We do not provide formal certification or legal compliance advice.
